How do I check my balance?
You can check your balance via the Smart Salik App, the website, or by calling our 24/7 call center at 800-SALIK (72545).
What happens if I pass a gate without a tag?
If you pass a toll gate without a registered tag, you have a grace period of 10 working days to purchase and register a tag. If you fail to do so, a fine will be issued.
Can I use one tag for multiple vehicles?
No. Each Salik tag is linked to a specific vehicle's license plate number and cannot be moved between vehicles. Moving a tag may result in a violation.
Are Electric Vehicles (EVs) exempt?
Certain EV promotions may apply depending on current RTA regulations. Generally, EVs must still register for a tag. Please check the latest announcements for exemption eligibility.
